Chinese mobile company ZTE set out to attract more mobile userswho are also die-hard NBA fansby releasing the new ZTE Axon Mini Limited NB Edition, as reported by Phone Arena.
As if being one of the first phone equipped with Force Touch feature is not enough, ZTE went into partnership with NBA to produce limited edition variants of the Axon Mini that are designed and aimed specifically for users that are also NBA enthusiasts.
The new limited edition ZTE Axon Mini NBA Edition will come in 7 different variants. Six of these will be featuring an embedded team logo on the back panel, just below the fingerprint scanner and the rear camera.

The Axon Mini will have variants with embedded team logos of: Los Angeles Lakers, Houston Rockets, Cleveland Cavaliers, Chicago Bulls, New York Knicks, and the current NBA Champion Golden State Warriors. The seventh variant, on the other hand, may be fitting for people who do not wish to proclaim sole support for only one team as the seventh variant features the official NBA logo situated on the same place in the back panel.
In addition to this, the limited edition ZTE Axon Mini NBA Edition comes pre-loaded with built-in NBA wallpapers, as well as built-in applications that are tailor-picked for die-hard NBA fans.
Aside from the pre-loaded NBA features and the embedded logo on the back, the new variant of the device retains the same features as that of the original Axon Mini. It means that the device will come with a 5.2-inch OLED 2.5D curved display with a 1080p Full HD resolution. It runs under an octa-core 64-bit Snapdragon 616 chip, with a 1.5GHz CPU. It packs 3 GB worth of RAM, along with 16 GB worth of built-in internal memory with support for an external microSD expansion. A 13mgeapixels rear camera is present, a fingerprint scanner, and a retina scanner, too. The device is powered by a 2800mAh battery, and boots on Android 5.1.
The limited edition ZTE Axon Mini NBA Edition is available exclusively to China for 2,399 Yuan, or roughly around $377.
