With August fast approaching, players are said to be anticipating what titles will be made available by Microsoft for their Xbox Games with Gold lineup next month.
According to reports, one of the most talked about titles potentially to become available is Rockstar Games’ “Red Dead Redemption.” The shooter video game was apparently supposed to be part of July’s lineup, but it did not come to fruition for undisclosed reasons.
Other assumptions suggest that “Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition” may appear as it is deemed as a game to remember and industry followers may want to see more of its features. There are also hearsay that “Ryse: Son of Rome” will also be in the list. Although it is still relatively new to the market, many players allegedly want to experience the great action-adventure title.
Moreover, The Bitbag also notes that since there are usually four games offered two for Xbox One and another two for Xbox 360 the latter are believed to potentially include some of the already announced titles but yet to be given the treatment. These are “Bioshock”, “Bioshock 2,” “Bioshock Infinite” and “Skate 3.” However, it remains to be seen if it will indeed happen.
For the meantime, accessible games until August 15 include “Tumblestone” from The Quantum Astrophysicists Guild, making it the first confirmed game for the month that follows. As the gamers wait for an official announcement, they may first enjoy the other games part of the July lineup, such as “Tron Evolution” playable until July 31.
It has replaced “Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Vegas 2” and “The Crew” which ended their promotions after the second week of July. Both were intended for Xbox 360 owners but made possible to navigate using the Xbox One due to its Backward Compatibility feature. Other ongoing offering includes “The Banner Saga 2,” available until July 31.
More information regarding Xbox Games with Gold are expected to be announced anytime soon.
