Yuke’s and Visual Concept’s upcoming professional wrestling title “WWE 2K17” is still two months away but the game developers have already dished out the confirmed roster of combatants for it latest offering in the wrestling game franchise. Moreover, they also announced the first set of wrestlers to be part of the so-called “Suplex City” that will also be included in the upcoming game.

Some of the notable inductees in “WWE 2K17” and “Suplex City’s” online neighborhood include Booker-T who is considered by many as one of the greatest in professional wrestling and was even included in WWE’s Hall of Fame. Booker-T was one of the few wrestlers in the industry to bag both WWE and WCW Triple Crowns.

Another legend that was included on the list is Chris Jericho who won over 30 championship titles in his career in the WWE, ECW and WCW. In fact, he was the first ever WWE Undisputed Champion by beating fellow legends The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin that resulted in the unification of the WCW and WWE championship belts.

James Brian Hellwig is also one of the newest residents in “Suplex City.” He is known by his ring name, The Ultimate Warrior, who had battled it out against wrestling gods like Hulk Hogan and even the behemoth Andre the Giant. The Ultimate Warrior was the first ever wrestler to win both WWF Intercontinental and World Heavyweight titles by beating Hulk Hogan during their face-off at the sixth installment of WrestleMania almost three decades ago.

Moreover, the Beast Incarnate himself, Brock Lesnar, is also one of the big names to be part of the list. He was an amateur turned professional wrestler, a current mixed martial artist with UFC, and was even a American football player at some point in his life. With his heavily built stature being mixed with such athleticism, he went on to become a four-time WWE Champion and also a UFC Heavyweight Champion.

Other notable confirmed names in the roster include of course John Cena, Jimmy and Jey Uso, Viktor and Konnor of The Ascension, Diego and Fernando of Los Matadores, Brie and Nikki Bella, R-Truth, and Simon Gotch.

“WWE 2K17” is slated to be released this Oct. 11.
