Former long-time world featherweight champion Jos Aldo remains on the sidelines after his 13-second knockout defeat against Conor McGregor at UFC 194 last December.

On Saturday night, at UFC 196, his most bitter rival experienced his first UFC loss in the hands of Nate Diaz. “The Notorious” was forced into submission via a rear naked choke in the second round of their fight, despite Diaz’s lack of preparation and apparent claim of being in Cabo, Mexico on vacation when he was called upon to step up as Rafael dos Anjos’ replacement, 11 days before fight night.

But instead of enjoying McGregor’s downfall, Aldo says he was busy with something else when the fight was happening. In a report by Lucas Rezende for Bloody Elbow, the Brazilian fighter revealed he was watching porn on fight night.

“I watch Sexy Hot (a Brazilian porn channel) at night. It’s not a problem, I really watch it,” Aldo said. “I already knew that was going to happen. I was just waiting for it. When I knew it happened, I posted on Instagram right away.”

Right after the fight, Aldo did attack McGregor through social media by calling him a “p****” and demanded for a rematch at UFC 200, which is slated to take place on July 9th.

Meanwhile, McGregor explained what he thought went wrong during the actual fight.

Through the build-up of the fight, the Irishman was beaming with confidence like he always does, lambasting Diaz for having a “flabby body” that he plans to attack.

While he usually backs up his pre-fight predictions, it was evidently not the case against the bigger, longer, and more durable Diaz.

In a report by MMA Fighting, McGregor admits that he lost his cool during the fight, which he believes was what led to his downfall.

“He kept his composure,” McGregor said of Diaz. “He went into almost autopilot mode with the shots. His face was busted up. And I went into panic mode. It was just a shift of energy and he capitalized on it.”
