Kim Fields had previously stated that she’s “done” with reality TV series “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.” Recently, however, she made it clear in an interview that she did not quit the show, contrary to many rumors.

After having many confrontations with other stars, most notably Kenya Moore, her last day on the show is still far from happening. In her interview with Hello Beautiful which transpired early this month, she said, “No decisions have been made about RHOA, as I am focusing on my dancing adventure.”

Kim Fields is also a contender on ABC’s “Dancing with the star” and is aiming for the mirrored ball trophy. Nevertheless, her impending competition did not stop her from saying a few words on rumors and speculations about her and her pronouncement regarding her association with Bravo TV’s “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.”

She said, “When designing a career, as I have been doing the last 40 years, there are many factors involved. Any and all decisions made about my career are based on these factors, period.” It may be remembered that Fields started out as a child star in the industry but went out of the scene after playing Regine in “Living Single” in 1998.

She married theater performer Christopher Morgan in 2007 and years later, she resurfaced back on TV. There are those who believe she joined these two hit reality shows for financial motives and career resuscitation.

During her stay on the show, however, it seemed like she was not used to having her life under the microscope as rumors about his husband being gay spread like wildfire and many people thought she could not handle it well. Fields allegedly asked for a footage about the gay rumors to be edited out of the show which was later on denied. Her feud with Moore also, apparently, made it easier for her to leave the show, according to rumors. But with Fields confirming that she isn’t leaving the show, fans can still look forward to seeing her reveal more about her life.
