With the third season of American action adventure and drama television series “The 100” set to premiere in less than a month, more and more spoilers are revealed regarding the show.

Earlier this month, fans have faithfully waited in anticipation for the trailer. After finally having it a little more than a week ago, fans had the chance to look at what is coming in season 3. In the almost three-minute trailer, the scenes are generally surrounded by tension and action-packed fights.

Fans already know that the upcoming season will see death of a major character, along with many others, after series writer Aaron Ginsburg teased this information on his Twitter account, noted Venture Capital Post. Although the trailer did not really spill who among the characters in the story will die, it seemed that it stayed true with the high death toll theme as the words “no one is safe” were shown toward the end of the clip.

One thing that fans can also look forward to is Clarke (Eliza Taylor), who will have red hair. At the end of season 2, the guilt she felt about the incident that took numerous innocent lives at Camp Jaha overwhelmed her and prompted her to leave. She seemed to have isolated herself, but according to Melty, it will not be for long as she is set to join Lexa (Alycia Debnam-Carey) and Bellamy (Bob Morley).

Aside from these, the story of season 3 will not focus on the love angle of Clarke and Bellamy, even if fans have been clamoring about it.

Meanwhile, fans on a Reddit page have started a conversation about the recently shared trailer. Fans are generally hyped up about the upcoming season. Some are more interested in sharing their theories, while others are quite happy in asking and hearing spoilers. One fan, named ElenaOcean, shared that there may be a virus and a nuclear war in the upcoming season.

Fans will find out more when “The 100” season 3 returns to the small screen on Jan. 21 on The CW.
