In preparation for the upcoming premiere of MTV’s supernatural drama “Teen Wolf,” the network released the opening act of the sixth and final season, featuring a quiet and romantic evening that quickly escalates to terrifying incidents.

The eight-minute video begins with Hayden (Victoria Moroles) and Liam (Dylan Sprayberry) trying to make the most of their date despite their car breaking down. However, they are suddenly interrupted by a child asking for help, “Don’t let them take me! Don’t let them take me, too.”

Afterward, the scene shifts to the first look at Stiles (Dylan O’Brien) and Scott (Tyler Posey) having a run-in with Sheriff Stilinski (Linden Ashby). The duo explained that they were just trying to help the cops in stopping an alleged criminal who was trying to steal some merchandise which turned out to be tanks of helium. Stiles broke his arm in the process.

On the way back home, Scott believes that the seeming decline in crimes is good for the town since he and Stiles are going away to college. But the sheriff calls them back, as the child who lost his parents is brought to the station. The clip ends with a flashback showcasing the Ghost Riders taking his parents.

The cast and crew unveiled the said clip during their attendance at the recently held New York Comic Con. During their panel, showrunner Jeff Davis shared some of the exciting things to come for the longtime fans of the franchise.

When it comes to the potential relationship between Stiles and Lydia (Holland Roden), he stated, “We want to bring some relationships full circle. We want to give the audience at least a few things they want.”

However, not everyone will be in good terms as Hayden and Liam’s love will be tested. “They might be pulled apart inexplicably. They’re going to be butting heads a little,” Davis added.

Season 6 of “Teen Wolf” is slated to air on Tuesday, Nov. 15 at 9 p.m. ET.
