Cody Christian clarifies his recent comment regarding the possible return of his character Theo in MTV’s “Teen Wolf” season 6.

In his appearance in Oz Comic Con in Perth Australia, the actor was reportedly asked if Theo met his demise to which he replied, “I’m not dead, no. Keep watching.” Viewers may remember that during last season’s finale, Theo’s dead sister pulled him into the ground when it suddenly opened up beneath him. It then magically resealed itself, making it appear like the chimera is gone forever.

Christian took it to Twitter to further explain his statements saying, “All I’ve said is that Theo isn’t dead. Just been dragged to hell. I can’t confirm if he’s coming back because I honestly don’t know yet!”

“Wanted to clarify because I’ve seen a lot of tweets surfacing about the subject. If and when I know, I’ll be sure to share,” he added.

Executive producer Jeff Davis teased previously that the villain could make a comeback since it was not shown that he was actually killed, “I think he got his just desserts in the end, but I will say that we really like Cody Christian. We wanted to make sure we didn’t kill him, so we could possibly bring him back.” However, this remains to be seen if it comes to fruition.

When it comes to the other storylines, fans will see the relationship between Stiles (Dylan O’Brien) and Lydia (Holland Roden) continues to evolve into a possible romantic one. During season 5, the chemistry between the werewolf and the banshee was featured when Stiles and his wolf brothers saved Lydia from the Dread Doctors who imprisoned her in the Eichen House to conduct experiments on her.

As she tried to become normal, she became close with Malia (Shelley Hennig) who was Stiles’ ex-girlfriend. However, it seems like there may be a love triangle brewing between the three of them. “That’s handled quite a bit in the first episode of season 6: Where does his heart lie and how awkward is this going to get?” Davis revealed.

Release date for season 6 of “Teen Wolf” is yet to be scheduled by the network.
