'Supernatural' season 12 spoilers: Hellhound to return in upcoming episode

In the latest episode of the “Supernatural” series, the Winchester brothers not only got reunited with their mom, but they also got involved with a group of ancient supernatural hunters.

The season’s episode 14 introduced the British Men of Letters (BMOL), a secret organization that was formed in the distant past. They aim to uncover mysteries of supernatural beings and phenomena.

It became apparent that Mary (Samantha Smith) left her two sons to join the ancient guild who are currently exterminating every last vampire in America.

Dean (Jensen Ackles) was furious at Mary, but Sam (Jared Padalecki), playing a peacemaker, asked his older brother to listen to their mother’s reasoning. While Dean ignored him, the youngest of the Winchester went to see Mary. The mom-turned-vampire hunter explained BMOL’s motives.

With Mr. Ketch’s (David Haydn-Jones) persuasion, Dean and the former raided the vampires’ hideout only to find one female blood-drinker, who told them that the Alpha and the rest of the vampires are going after the hunters.

At the MOL headquarters, Alpha’s group killed most of the staff. Sam got a hold of the Colt and shot Alpha, with the help of Mary and Mick, one of BMOL’s loyal followers.

In the end, Sam decided to join the organization, while Dean forgave his mother’s life choices, but he remains unconvinced with their cause.

In the next episode of the fantasy drama series, “the Hellhound” will reportedly lurch around the Winchester’s area of responsibility. It’s been said that the mysterious canine beast is the same monster that ripped Dean in the third season finale.

“An attack by an invisible hellhound at a campsite leads Sam and Dean to investigate the mysterious circumstances. Meanwhile, two of Crowley’s (Mark A. Sheppard) own personal demons uncover what he has been hiding. Castiel (Misha Collins) gets a lead on Kelly Kline,” the synopsis reads.

Episode 15 of “Supernatural” season 12, titled “Somewhere Between Heaven and Hell,” will air on March 9 on The CW.
