Suicide Squad update – with in-house filming, there will be fewer set photo leaks

Exterior Toronto shots are now finished in Canada for the file so that there will be more surprises for the Suicide Squad, reports Christian Today. Director David Ayer tweeted this update in the midst of the sea of spoilers floating around the internet over the past month.

The more major spoilers from the leaks include Jared Leto’s Joker appearance and chase scene, the interaction with Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn, and even a cameo from Ben Affleck’s Batman. A picture of the Killer Croc also leaked on social media and went viral.

“Well we survived the streets. Time to go dark now. Remember, only the tiniest glimpse has been exposed. Our surprises are intact…I believe in old school filmmaking. Real stunts. Real people. Real places. It makes all the difference on the screen. Thank you #Toronto,” Ayer says in his tweet.

People have been actively following his account and scenes have been cropping up online. He still remains convinced that the surprises in store for viewers are worth the wait. The mere fact that they risked spoilers like this to do traditional or old school filmmaking means there is so much in store for the fans.

Nerdist podcast says that the “set of the supervillain teamup flick has been leak city,” with Killer Croc being described as “just as weird and scaly as you’d hope.” In addition, there were also aliens. The chase scene between Joker, Harley Quinn, and Batman speculated possible origin stories or flashbacks. And while on the chase, the apparent lack of cape makes people think that the caped scenes will be computer-generated like in Man of Steel.

Despite the announcement, Yibada recently reported a photo of Will Smith as Deadshot rappelling and dishing out some information on how Jai Courtney reacted when given the role of Captain Boomerang. Courtney was recently raving about the family-like atmosphere on the set of the DC Universe followup to the Batman versus Superman Dawn of Justice 2016 film.
