Other sites have started offering their own summer videogame sales ahead of the highly anticipated Steam Summer Sale for 2015.

According to, Amazon, GamersGate, GOG, uPlay, the Humble Bundle and other sites have kicked off their summer sale offerings for PC versions of certain game titles.

ShackNews said that Amazon is offering the Max Payne Trilogy at an 82% discount, Pac-Man Championship Edition DX+ at 75% discount, and the Wargame Franchise Pack at 75% off its regular prices.

On the other hand, videogame e-store is offering the full Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor package for only $19.99. The offer includes all 18 downloadable content packs for the game. The purchase can be activated through Steam.

Batman: Arkham Origins is also offered for only $4.99 at the Bundle Stars website, ShackNews said.

GameZone had reported over the weekend that the Russian website of IGN had leaked the dates for this year’s Steam Summer Sale.

According to IGN, the Steam Summer Sale will take place beginning June 11 and will end on June 22.

GameZone’s translation of the Russian article revealed that there will be a “Sales Encore” on June 20, and will involve all companies that will participate in the summer sale.

No other details about events and other information have been revealed by IGN, who cited a source from inside the company itself.

Christian Today suggested that Steam may offer Far Cry 4, Final Fantasy VIII, Distant Worlds: Universe, Legend of Heroes: Trail in the Sky, and Fallout 3: GOTY Edition for sale in this year’s Summer Sale event.

TechSpot also suggested that titles that have been offered in small discounts last year could be offered on bigger discounts in this year’s sale. These titles, the article said, include the PC versions of Divinity: Original Sin, Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, The Legend of Korra, NBA 2K15, Endless Legend, and Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.
