Viewers of TLC’s reality series “Sister Wives” may see two of its cast members quitting the show as they are reportedly planning on leaving their husband Kody Brown.
According to Design and Trend, the polygamous family may be in the brink of being separated with Jody’s second spiritual wife Janelle Brown possibly pursuing her career in real estate.
The reality star is working at TMI Realty which serves the greater Las Vegas area alongside Rebecca Brown and Mona Riekki who helped the Brown family find a property a few years back.
What may have added to the assumption is that Janelle previously revealed in her book “Becoming Sister Wives” that she already left her responsibility as a spiritual wife after having a fight with fellow sister wife Meri Brown.
“I was at my breaking point. I couldn’t see my way out of my depression. I told Kody I was leaving. That night, I got into the car and drove to my mother’s house. The kids and I stayed with my mother for several months until I found my own place. My job paid a decent salary, which allowed me to buy a better car in addition to my home,” she wrote.
Meanwhile, Meri has been caught in a controversy last year when she admitted that she had an online affair with a guy named Samuel, who was later revealed to be a woman posing as a man.
However, someone who claimed to be the real Samuel recently came forward and claimed that he did not catfish Meri and he is actually who he says he is, “I did not catfish her. I am not a catfish. And I am a guy named Samuel. I have said that all along. I have answered questions from her fans, I have texted, called, been called, skyped, video skyped, facetimed, and ran into a few people that want to know more about this. People want to know and I don’t understand why. It’s none of their business,” he stated on a blog.
Samuel even professed his love for Meri saying, “I loved her. I really, really loved this woman with all of my heart. What we had was a very deep and strong connection. It was one of those relationships that came out of nowhere. Neither one of us was looking for this. It just happened,” he added.
After coming clean about the affair, it was speculated that Meri is leaving Kody as the latter is said to devote his time to legal wife Robyn and their new baby Ariella Mae.
“Today Show” host Tamron Hall even posted a cryptic tweet suggesting that season 7’s main focus may revolve around the new addition to the family, “I am sure she appreciates you saying that… #SisterWives tough reunion see you next season #newbaby.”
It remains to be seen when season 7 of “Sister Wives” will premiere.
