In the past few weeks, a certain Samsung SM-T280 tablet device has been rumored to be in the works by Samsung and has been labeled as the bigger version of the Samsung Galaxy Tab E tablet. However, it appears that the long rumored upcoming device from the South Korean tech giant will have a different name instead. As listed by an online retailer, the SM-T280 tablet will be called Samsung Galaxy Tab A 2016. The listing was complete with pricing details as well as a release date.
While Samsung has yet to make any official launch event or announcement, Polish online retailer Redcoon listed the alleged Samsung Galaxy Tab A 2016the long rumored Samsung SM-T280 tablet device. As per the listing, the Galaxy Tab A 2016 will be available for worldwide shipping starting March 8, 2016.
As for the price, the retailer is offering the Galaxy Tab A 2016 for a price of PLN 599 or around $150 or 138 based on current exchange rates.
The listing is offering the Galaxy Tab A 2016 with model number SM-T280NZKAXEO. The device sports an IPS LCD display at 7 inches and 1280 x 800 pixels qHD resolution. The device runs on an unspecified brand and model of a processor with a quad-core CPU clocking in at a speed of 1.3 GHz frequency.
