'Rogue One: A Star Wars Story' spoiler: Mads Mikkelsen won't have villain role; Donnie Yen posts pic of Stormtroopers' helmets

Television’s Hannibal Mads Mikkelsen will not be playing a villain in the Star Wars standalone movie Rogue One.

The actor himself made the confirmation in an interview StarWars7News.com, after fans immediately jumped to the conclusion that he will bring to life yet another memorable antagonist in his new film.

“It is a very important role, as much I can say. No, my character is actually not a bad guy, and then I can not say more. I can also say that the movie will be shot in Iceland and England. And the filming will last for three months,” he said.

Meanwhile, Chinese actor Donnie Yen who was also revealed to be part of the cast, almost brought Star Wars fanboys in a frenzy when he posted three versions of Stormtroopers’ helmets on his Instagram account, reported Latin Post.

“I am the force and I fear nothing. Going to put this in my company’s display room .?,” he captioned the photo.

Yen said in an interview with The StraitsTimes that he is happy to be part of a big franchise like Star Wars and cannot wait to take his children to see the movie. He said it was a great feeling as Star Wars was also the first sci fi movie he saw when he was just a teenager.

“It’s a good learning experience for me to be in such a big franchise. The very first sci-fi movie I saw when I was a teenager was Star Wars and I never thought that I would be co-starring in one many years later. It’s about time I can take my kids to watch my movie. Star Wars is a family movie and I think kids will love it.”
