Robert Pattinson featured in trailer of 'The Lost City of Z'

The trailer of the upcoming movie titled “The Lost City of Z” starring Robert Pattinson is here, featuring exciting adventure and drama based on a true story that happened in 1925.

Pattinson plays the role of Henry Costin, the partner of legendary British explorer Col. Percival Fawcett, who is being portrayed by lead star Charlie Hunnam. The duo will set on an expedition in the Amazon jungle in search of a fabled civilization. However, as history has shown, Fawcett never made it back home. Over the years, others tried to follow his footsteps in search for some evidence of his party and the place he called “The Lost City of Z.”

The trailer showed Fawcett trying to convince people, “I have seen with my own eyes evidence that Amazonian contains a hidden civilization. If we may find a city bedecked with gold, it may well write a whole new chapter in human history.”

He was warned that the journey could mean his life and was even advised that they abort their mission due to it being dangerous. He persisted despite the naysayers, and their group got to interact with what could be a tribe of cannibals who chased them through the jungle.

In a related note, the current girlfriend of Pattinson’s “Twilight” co-star and ex-girlfriend Kristen Stewart, French singer SoKo, revealed in an interview with Vanity Fair that she also dated the actor before.

She recalled the night of her impromptu move from Seattle to Los Angeles that made her cross paths with Pattinson. “Yeah, it was the best thing ever! Three nights in, I went out and met a girl who was like ‘Hey, I like your music, I work for a label and we would love to sign you. Where are you staying, do you need a place to stay?’ and I was like ‘Yeah I do.’ That same night I had a blind date with Robert Pattinson!” she shared.

SoKo confirmed her relationship with Stewart who she has been photographed with in several occasions with the most recent one during Easter. “I’m very, very, very in love and very happy in a relationship,” she stated.
