In the days leading up to the E3 2015, the release for the most awaited games have accidentally been leaked by online retailer Amazon, who quickly took down the release dates and replaced them with earlier posted placeholders.
According to VC Post, among the Xbox One titles leaked were Rise of the Tomb Raider which was listed for a November 13 release and Forza Motorsport 6 which will be released earlier on September 18.
The official confirmation for the release will be made on June 15, a day before E3 2015 when Microsoft holds its press conference.
Meanwhile, details about Gears of War remaster for Xbox One was also accidentally leaked by the official Russian Gears of War website.
According to Gamespot, the game will have Dolby 7.1 Surround, 90 minutes of new content for campaign mode of the original game on PC; new Xbox LIVE achievements; unlockable gallery sketches and comics, as well as streamlined multiplayer mode which features 60 frames per second, dedicated servers, selection of players for skills and New types of games, “Team Fight”, “King of the Hill” (in the style of Gears of War 3) and the new 2-2 Destruction “Gnasherom.”
The detailed description also indicated that the game will have 19 cards, including DLC and exclusive cards from the PC version; the ability to gain access to the 17 characters of Gears of War 3 multiplayer games; Match setting options as well as streamlined gameplay which features alternate control system and a brand new control scheme tournament, adapted controls for Xbox One and added features from Gears of Wars 3 such as marking enemy targets, the use of the device in a multiplayer game and improved sensitivity settings.
Microsoft representatives reportedly refused to comment on the leak when asked for feedback.
Official announcements about the Gears of War remaster is also expected at the E3 press conference.
