Season 8 of the “Real Housewives of New York” will be returning to the small screen in less than a month with more drama expected on the way.
In the trailer released for the show, it reveals that Bethenny Frankel is facing a health problem, which may be one of the central themes in the eighth run of “Real Housewives of New York.”
In an exclusive interview with People, she said, “I’m facing a women’s health issue that many women can relate to.” She did not go into details but hopes that her battle will be some sort of an inspiration and hope for other women who are also undergoing the same struggle.
She added, “I’m dealing with it head on and viewers will understand how I personally deal with matters such as this. I hope women can relate, learn and support each other in life moments like this.”
Season 8 of “Real Housewives of New York” will premiere on Apr. 6 on Bravo TV. It will feature the show’s veterans such as Frankel, Ramona Singer, Sonja Morgan, and LuAnn de Lesseps. After the exit of Heather Thomson and Kirsten Taekman last season, the upcoming run will see new comer socialite Julianne Wainstein.
Wainstein is both thrilled and looking forward to the cameras. She said, “I love attention,” noted Inquisitr. “Imagine having your hair and makeup professionally done all the time, and then people, like, staring at you through a lens. It’s fun.”
Meanwhile, to hype up fans in preparation for the new season, Bravo has tied up with On Location tours to provide rides for fans every 11 A.M. of Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday starting on the show’s premiere date.
They will be visiting the different sites and locations that the housewives filmed in season 8, including Tipsy Parson, Le Cirque, and even the studio where they share their secrets, to name some. Interested fans may purchase the tickets from the website of On Location for $47.
