'Resident Evil 7' release: Demo's mysteries include appearance of ghost girl

During the recently held Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), “Resident Evil 7 biohazard” proved to be one of the highlights. To preview the upcoming game, Capcom released a demo that will be available exclusively on the PlayStation 4. The demo, titled “Resident Evil 7 Teaser: Beginning Hour,” has introduced a lot of mysterious elements to players one of which is the ghost of a girl.

The demo serves as a teaser for what to expect on the upcoming eleventh installment in the “Resident Evil” franchise. Furthermore, the demo showed that it will go back to its original horror roots since the demo showed an eerie and creepy vibe. In the demo, the player’s objective is to navigate the house and explore what is inside and also find a way to get out of the house.

As the demo game progresses, the gamers find out how they got there in the first place. There are multiple endings within the demo, depending on how the player chooses to use the items they find. Notably, players have also been noticing a ghost girl appearing in different parts of the game.

There are various ways to see the ghost girl, the first of which is during the start of the VHS segment of the demo game. The mysterious girl can also be found near the locked cabinet beside the door if the player chooses to look up, the ghost girl will be seen at the top of the door. Other methods include checking out the kitchen sink and looking out the window, at the top of the stairs near the mannequins, and in a room under the stairs.

One of the scariest ways to see the ghost girl is by going down the ladder. While the player is going down, the player should look up to see the mysterious ghost.

Fans are still unsure with regard to the purpose of the ghost and why it was included in the demo. During the demo, players were also baffled by the dummy finger that they found. Until now, they are still wondering if it has any purpose or if it is hinting at anything at all.

“Resident Evil 7 biohazard” is slated to be released in 2017.
