"Prison Break" season 5 release date update: Production crew shooting scenes in Morocco

Ever since the trailer for the fifth season of “Prison Break” was shown, fans of the show got excited that the characters they have become attached to will come back. It is said that the production is still ongoing and that they are now shooting in the country of Morocco.

Seven years has already passed when the fourth season has ended and fans can expect that the plot of the fifth season may go overseas which TV Line has mentioned during March 2016. There are already pictures showing the production crew at work in Morocco which are driving people to speculate new theories.

It is said that three well-known characters of the show, Sucre (Amaury Nolasco), Lincoln (Dominic Purcell), and C-Note (Rockmond Dunbar), may be trying to find Michael Scofield (Wentworth Miller). The shooting in Morocco may also show scenes that are taking place in a prison in Yemen.

Rumors mentioned that Dr. Sara Tancredi (Sarah Wayne Callies), Michael’s lover, may not be there for Michael’s rescue. It is also said that T-Bag (Robert Knepper) persuaded Michael’s brother that Scofield is still alive which made Lincoln travel overseas to get him.

Fans are expecting for the moment once the brother reunites in the show. When the trailer was shown, it seems that there are no scenes in Morroco that are present so fans are also now making theories if who among the three characters will survive in rescuing Michael.

In addition, as mentioned in Cross Map, during the production it takes a long time to create the fake tattoo on the body of Wentworth which is about 4 hours long. In reality, the tattoo that illustrates the Fox River would take about 4 years long before it is completed, and it would also cost $20,000.00.

There is no definite date yet for the premiere date of the fifth season of “Prison Break,” but it is said that it would be during Early 2017.
