Season 6 of “Pretty Little Liars” is down to its last two episodes before the finale, where fans will get to see the twins before the show concludes.
Last week, a fan asked Marlene King, showrunner, if fans can anticipate to see the twins before this season ends or if they will have to wait until season 7, on her Twitter page.
King replied, “You will see the twin in 6B.” Fans took the opportunity to ask who among the characters will have a twin, while others guessed and even put up a poll to speculate.
According to TVLine, in the novel that the television series is adapted from, Alison (Sasha Pieterse) is the character who has a twin. However, it is still uncertain whether King followed the story from the book or not.
King also teased in the same social media page that there will be a “biggest reveal” that is expected in the season’s concluding episode. She replied to a fan question, “The beginning of the biggest reveal of all starts in the 6B finale. The story then explodes after that!”
Given that fans will get to see the twins in the remaining episodes, it is possible that there will be another surprise or twist expected from the final episode of season 6, which may or may not be related to the twins.
Episode 19 of “Pretty Little Liars” season 6 will air on Mar. 8, titled “Did You Miss Me?” In the summary indicated on TV Guide, it revealed that the liars will be plotting a counter attack. Meanwhile, Hanna (Ashley Benson) and Caleb (Tyler Blackburn) will be confronting a stalker, Emily (Shay Mitchel) and Spencer (Troian Bellisario) will peer into Mona’s (Janel Parrish) affairs, and Aria (Lucy Hale) and Ezra (Ian Harding) will continue writing the book.
On the other hand, episode 20 will air the following week, titled “Hush… Hush, Sweet Liars,” where the official summary reads, ” Ezra completes his book and old feelings between him and Aria resurface. Meanwhile, Spencer and Toby join forces to catch Sara; Caleb and Hanna grow wistful as he safeguards her; and Alison worries about her sanity.”
