This week on “Power,” Holly (Lucy Walters) suggested that Tommy (Joseph Sikora) hire a hit man to kill Ghost (Omari Hardwick), and later, Ghost rushed out to save Tommy from getting killed.
Holly told Tommy that he has not followed Lobos’ (Enrique Murciano) orders to kill Ghost. She suggested that maybe he should hire a hitman to kill Ghost, but Tommy vetoed that idea as he said that Lobos told him to do it himself.
Ghost was busy making decisions for his chain of clubs as he cut down on heightened security measures at the clubs, but maintained personal security just to be on the safe side. Later, he got angry at Angela (Lela Loren) for having Tariq’s (Michael Rainey Jr.) record expunged and for going to Tasha (Naturi Naughton) about it. However, he appeared to have forgiven Angela as he paid her rent without telling her.
One of Dre’s (Rotimi) friends told him that Jae Shin’s (C.S. Lee) son put out a hit on Tommy and was planning to kill him outside a church. Dre told Ghost about it, and when Ghost couldn’t get Tommy on the phone, he went out and ran over to the church to save him. However, Tommy never knew that Ghost was the one who saved him.
Later, Holly lied to Tommy and told him that she was going to the drugstore. She then met up with an assassin to kill Ghost.
Next week, in the episode titled “Help Me,” Tommy goes gunning for the culprit who tried to kill him outside the church. Meanwhile, Greg (Andy Bean) pressures Ruiz (Luis Antonio Ramos) to give up the “Ghost” as Angela tries to keep them from finding out who Ghost really is. Elsewhere in the episode, Proctor (Jerry Ferrara) brings a new problem for Ghost to deal with.
In the promo for the episode, Holly asks Tommy if he knows what Lobos is going to do to him once he finds out that Tommy is still alive. Meanwhile, Angela asks Ghost if he remembers when he told her that if things get serious, he should get a lawyer.
“Well I think you need to get one,” says Angela.
Later, Tommy asks Holly what she has done. Holly replies, “I did what you should have done a long time ago.”
“Power” airs Sundays at 9 p.m. ET on Starz.
