Japanese kids’ magazine “CoroCoro” recently released on its YouTube channel a new video for the upcoming and much awaited games “Pokmon Sun” and “Pokmon Moon.” While the video showed mostly the same footage revealed earlier this week, a new part may have featured something so subtle that only fans with sharp eyes were able to spot ita possible new Pokmon, apart from the three new starters.
In the new gameplay video, the player’s character was first shown in a house as he looked to be all set to go on his adventures as a Pokmon trainer. As he leaves a houseit cannot be confirmed if the house is the house of the characterwhat was shown outside piqued the interest of fans.
Outside, fans can see two groups of non-playable characters (NPCs). Farther from the right is a woman and a child who, based on how they look, appeared to be a mother scolding her child. On the far left is a boy talking to a small dog-like figure, which had been speculated to be a new Pokmon, as it was not yet seen in the past.
The Pokmon looked to be a small dog with raised ears and a fluffy tail. Since the view of the alleged Pokmon only showed its back, fans had a hard time identifying the said Pokmon.
“Pokmon Sun” and “Pokmon Moon” will feature three new Pokmon as starters. The three Pokmons are named Rowlet, Litten, and Popplio. Rowlet is a flying grass type Pokmon, while Litten is a fire type one. Popplio is a water type Pokmon.
“Pokmon Sun” and “Pokmon Moon” will be released on Nov. 18 for the Nintendo 3DS handheld.
