Every month, it seems like new games pop up from various developers, but this year, a new gaming console has gotten players very excited, though very little information has been shared about it. Earlier this year, it was announced that the Nintendo NX will be released in 2017, and this week, the Japanese electronics and software company teased that it will be releasing details about the highly anticipated console.

The announcement was made on the Nintendo of America Twitter account which reads, “Be among the first to discover #NX. Watch the Preview Trailer at 7am PT/10am ET!”

It is expected that more information about the console will be released in the preview trailer, as very little is known about the Nintendo NX. The tech company first announced plans for a new console in March 2015. It was previously claimed that the console will have “at least one mobile unit that could either be used in conjunction with the console or taken on the road for separate use.” It has also been said that the Nintendo NX will have industry-leading chips which will result in better graphics and deeper functionality.

Meanwhile, Express.co.uk reports that it was claimed that the console will be revealed along with a new Ubisoft title called “Beyond Good and Evil 2.” Apart from the game, alleged leaked marketing materials suggest that a “Super Mario” title will launch with the NX, which is rumored to come with four titles out of the box.

As for the price, the Nintendo NX will reportedly cost $299, and will also come as part of a bundle for $399.

Nintendo has yet to comment on the rumors, but the company did confirm that the NX will play the upcoming “Zelda” game titled “Breath of the Wild” and that the gaming system will be launched in March 2017. Stay tuned for more news about the Nintendo NX.
