In celebration of real life events, 2k Sports has released an “All-Stars” update for the current highly popular basketball simulation game “NBA 2k16.”
According to reports, the new expansion pack unlocks event-themed bonuses and items for users’ characters such as All-Stars themed gamed jerseys, team rosters for East and West regions, and even the home courts. Those who do not want to get the full upgrade, they may purchase some items individually such as the jerseys from the official 2k Store online.
Players who want to get the new outfit for their characters are said to have some in-game requirements. A new game save feature has to be used before the acquired items can be applied in MyLeague, MyGM or MyCareer game modes.
Meanwhile, another exciting game event called “Road to the Finals” has been rolled out by the publishers last Feb. 15 for the players located in the North American region.
Fox Sports shared that the event may help elevate “NBA 2k16” to another level among the other simulation games as it has $250,000 tournament grand prize as well as chance to have tickets to the live NBA Finals. Players not only have the platform to show to others how good they are against other teams but they may also earn while enjoying the game.
