It’s been a very passionate past couple of episodes for “Naruto Shippuden,” with a showcase of the main characters’ early lives, particularly the Boyhood Arc of Gaara and Shikamaru. While fans of the very popular Japanese anime series were left wanting more, a recent report revealed that episode 484 will be the last one for the manga adaptation.
According to Mobipicker, the upcoming episode will be focusing on the lives of Ino and Sai. The publication further detailed that Team Asuma’s Ino once had a rivalry with Sakura in the hope of winning Sasuke’s heart since both had an admiration for him. But after that, Ino eventually shifted her fancy to another character in the person of Sai and they eventually decided to marry. For hardcore fans of “Naruto Shippuden,” it’s no longer a secret that they have a son named Inojin, who later went on to become a member of the Ino-Shika-Cho team.
After the showcase of Ino’s life, the episode will then jump to Sai’s past, in which it will finally be known that Sai was raised by a fierce assassin named Danzo. Sai, back then, was an orphan who needed someone to take care of him. And of course, episode 484 will be tackling Sai’s eventual entry to Team 7, during that time when Sasuke left the team and Sai took his place.
Meanwhile, Anime News Network revealed that the previous episodes’ Boyhood Arc will be followed by an arc focusing on the lives of the characters after the final battle, thereby supporting previous speculations and rumors. It will reportedly include the story of Kakashi becoming a Hokage as well as the early life of Shikamaru right before he turned into a Shinobi Union leader.
Episode 484 of “Naruto Shippuden” is set to be released on Nov. 17, right after the expected end of the Boyhood Arc in episode 483.
