Motorola announces event for July 28; Moto X and Moto G live images leak online


After countless rounds of rumors, speculations, and leaks, the long-awaited Motorola Moto X 3<sup>rd Gen and the Motorola Moto G 2015 may be coming very soon, as Motorola recently rolled out invited for a July 28 event in different countries and regions. This was followed by a leak of alleged live images of the smartphones.

According to a report by NDTV Gadgets, Motorola recently rolled out invites for an event on July 28 for New Delhi, India, and the cities of London, New York, and Sao Paulo. While all events take place on the same day, New Delhi will be the first to hold one, at 3:30pm IST. Sao Paulo will follow at 5:30pm IST, and both New York and London at 6:30pm IST.

An announcement for the upcoming event was also made over the official site of Motorola, further teasing users and fans. It reads:

“Yes. We’re in a relationship with our phone.

We feel lost without it. We trust them with our most personal questions, photos, stories and secrets. They never leave our side. But shouldn’t all that care and devotion you show be returned?

A better mobile relationship is on its way.

Join us on 7.28.15 to find out how we are changing things for the better.”

Meanwhile, Phandroid reports of alleged leaks of live images of the upcoming Moto X 2015 and Moto G 2015, both of which it is believed will be released at the July 28 event.

It appears that someone from Brazil and Mexico uploaded a set of alleged live images of the upcoming phones. The back cover from the leaked image hinted at the possibility of being able to have interchangeable back covers. Also, the leaker described the Moto X 2015’s features as “the camera and the battery had a top upgrade”.
