“Married at First Sight” season 4 newlyweds Lillian Vilchez and Tom Wilson gave everyone hope when they hit it off right from the start upon meeting at the altar. But like any marriage, the couple was caught in a snag during last week’s episode as they disagreed on when to potentially have kids. Now, the question that remains is if the two will be able to get past their initial disagreement and move forward to have a blissful marriage.
In a snippet of what lies ahead, courtesy of Us Weekly, it seems that both are still shaken by their first-ever argument and it is Tom who is carrying most of the burden. After realizing that his new wife is nowhere to be found, he becomes anxious about the situation.
“I woke up this morning to take out the dogs, and when I got back, Lilly was gone,” he recalls. “Where’s Lillian? I don’t know where she’s at. I sent her a bunch of text messages, I called her a bunch of times.”
His distress continues as he starts questioning their marital status after just one fight. “But I thought we were in a good place,” he says to the camera. “So I don’t really know what’s going on.”
Fortunately, the realtor eventually comes back and while she is still obviously upset, she expresses eagerness to make their relationship work. However, who is to say that this specific issue will not be brought up again in the near future?
Meanwhile, one of the three couples this season, Derek Schwartz and Heather Seidel have already called it quits even before they finished the six-week trial period. Different from Lillian and Tom, it was obvious that the two had a rough time with each other especially with both of them having very demanding jobs.
“Married at First Sight” season 4 airs every Tuesday at 8:45 p.m. ET on FYI.
