The three couples of “Married at First Sight” season 3 are down to their last two episodes to determine whether they will stay with their partner or not after the show.
In the previous episode aired on Feb. 9, titled “Intimacy Part 2,” things seemed to have gotten better for Tres Russel and Vanessa Nelson as they spent time together in a basketball court while reminiscing some special moments about Russel’s high school basketball experiences. They also seemed to have forgotten about their spat in episode 10 of the show, as they appreciated the sweet gifts that each one had prepared for the other for their first month wedding anniversary.
The same can be said for Sam Role and Neil Bowlus, as they moved to a new home. Although they have not kissed yet, both felt more comfortable with each other. They also had more “intimate” moments as they shared simple activities such as painting pottery in their new place.
However, things seemed to have turn downward for David Norton and Ashley Doherty. The latter was still accusing the former of cheating after he met up with a girl. Even if Norton insisted that it was not a romantic meet up, Doherty believed that her husband was lying. At the end of the episode, Norton tried to muster courage and swallow his pride to apologize, while his wife indicated that she was open to work things out.
Meanwhile, in the upcoming episode titled “Last Chance at Romance,” the summary revealed that Norton will try to win back Doherty. On the other hand, after spending some time apart, Role will be missing Bowlus. Meanwhile, Russel and Nelson plan to have a romantic getaway, but something unexpected will surface, leaving them with no choice but to cut their trip short.
Will these final efforts be strong enough to make the couples fight for their marriages?
“Married at First Sight” season 3 will air episode 12 on Feb. 16 at 9 P.M. EST on FYI. They will make their final decision the following week, in an episode titled “Final Decision.”
