MacBook Pro 2016 release date: rumored September launch, expected features and specs

If there is some truth to the rumors that the MacBook Pro 2016 is slated for a September release together with the iPhone 7 and a bunch of other new Apple devices, then eager fans of the professional laptop should have an additional reason to really get a lot more excited.

Apple should be pulling off a great surprise if the new generation MacBook Pro is indeed launched next month because no one’s really expecting it to be released at this time. Well, the lack of information is to be blamed as to why most people following the development and eventual launch of the device aren’t really putting a lot of talk about it. Up to this very day, the release date always has been a riddle for those waiting for it.

But according to reports, the fact that some retailers in the United States have given significant discounts over their previous MacBook Pro models is a very good indication that Apple might be up to something. Well, even a young kid could decipher that such kind of a move is a sign that a new device is coming.

Unfortunately, the long wait for a new MacBook Pro this year might actually be not really worth it, judging by the claim from The Next Web report, saying several of the exciting new rumored features won’t be able to make it as part of the new laptop. According to the report, there will be no inclusion of Touch ID features, the OLED touch bar, and the lightning port.

Anyway, it’s really up to users how to figure out later on which of those rumors are true, because truth to be told, it’s hard to distinguish which among leaksters and several publications are actually telling the truth. But even if most of the stuff is part of a rumor or supposed leak, the good thing is there’s constant talk about the MacBook Pro 2016, suggesting that the device is indeed being developed.
