The long rumored MacBook Pro 2016 might finally be released on June 13 this year at the upcoming Worldwide Developers Conference event, where Apple is expected to announce new major devices as well. The tech giant is expected to unveil to its users and fans two different variants of the new MacBook Pro 2016one that sports a 13-inch display and 15-inch one.
According to a report by International Business Times, speculations suggest that Apple might unveil the long rumored new line of MacBook Pro 2016 laptops during the June 2016 WDC.
As for the release of the new breed of Apple laptops, it has long been rumored that the Cupertino-based company is gearing up to unveil variants with different screen sizes, but both will have Retina Display. This will in turn be used to the advantage of the device in order to have more efficient power consumption and longer battery life.
Other rumored specs for the device suggest that the MacBook Pro 2016 laptops will be running under the new Intel Skylake processors, with storage capacities of up to 256GB. Aside from this, other expected specifications include a USB Type-C port as well as a Thunderbolt 3 port.
The 13-inch variant is said to come with 8GB RAM, while the 15-inch one may come with a bigger amount of RAM, suggested to be at 16GB. The new laptops are expected to sport a design similar to that of the MacBook 2015.
The new MacBook Pro 2016 laptops are expected to replace the “dead” “Air” laptop line.
