The family of VH1’s reality series “Love and Hip Hop: New York” is growing as another star has announced that she is expecting.
According to VH1, former cast member and rapper Nya Lee has announced the good news to fans via a personal post on Instagram.
She posted a photo of herself seemingly dancing in celebration with an apparent baby bump. “Oh boy how I’ve been carrying so small and hiding this from yall for such a long time. My baby girl is a healthy 28weeks and this photo is a un-edited shot I took with @brooily 3days ago…… Super blessed to have such a great genuine team enhance my pregnancy glow that day,” she said.
Lee also shared that she was trying to put off the reveal for some time, but her excitement seems to have taken over. “I was trying to hold out a bit longer but I can’t take it anymore my first baby girl will be here in a few weeks and her mommy is so proud and happy to introduce her to the world….” she continued.
It will be one of the few statements she will share about the pregnancy as she teased that she will have a sit down interview with Yandy Smith-Harris sometime soon.
When it comes to Smith-Harris, reports claim that the new season will show her getting back to the business of managing artists, while being a mother to newborn baby Skylar. However, it may not be a smooth sailing ride to have her career back on track as she will also deal with husband Mendeecees Harris’ impending legal issues.
In the upcoming episode, she will give Bianca an ultimatum, while Peter Gunz confesses to Amina Buddafly and seemingly breaks her heart and Cardi talks about marriage.
New episode of “Love and Hip Hop: New York” airs on Monday.
