Details about the sixth season of VH1’s hit reality series “Love and Hip Hop New York” are being revealed with the upcoming premiere only a week away.

Viewers will reportedly see original cast members alongside newcomers to the show, who are young female rappers, bringing more drama, passion, and possible love stories to the small screen. These include Mariah Lyn, Young B, SexxyLexxy, and MissMoeMoney as their careers will be managed by Rah Ali. The four ladies are touted to be challenges as they are teased to be notorious on dropping their managers. Moreover, some of them have ongoing misunderstandings with each other.

Instagram star and model Cardi B. also joins the club. In the five-minute trailer released by the network, a scene showed what could be a ruckus in a bar. Cardi B. shared that if she has beef with a person, she will be in the fight for a very long time.

A known name in the rap industry, Remy Ma, who has just been released from prison, will also be a new face in the series. She will allegedly try to claim her crown as the queen of the city as she gets ready to walk the aisle once again with husband, Papoose.

Meanwhile, veterans Yandy Smith-Harris and Mendeecees Harris reprise their parts in the sixth installment. The newlyweds who had their wedding televised in a special episode earlier this year will be looking for a new home. Yandy also gets back to managing new artists.

It will be also interesting to find out what happen to Mendeecees after he reportedly took a plea deal last April for massive drug trafficking that took place between New York City and Upstate New York. Wetpaint shares that it is possible that he will serve 10 years in prison for his part in the crime.

Season 6 of “Love and Hip Hop: New York” is slated to air on Monday, Dec. 14 at 8 P.M.
