Legends of Tomorrow spoilers: Sara Lance makes her return as White Canary, Hawkman to feature in The Flash and Arrow

Legends of Tomorrow, a series spin off of Arrow and The Flash is starting to have its initial foundation laid down.

Last May, Hawkgirl or Kendra Saunders, played by Ciara Renee, appeared in the finale episode of The Flash’s first season while earlier this month, Marc Guggenheim, one of the executive producers of the show, spilled that episode eight of Arrow’s season four will feature the resurrection of Sara Lance as a set up for Legends of Tomorrow, according to E! Online.

Sara Lance, played by Caity Lotz, will be resurrected in the character of White Canary, who will appear first in Arrow and then in Legends of Tomorrow. It is still unclear whether she will play a hero or a villain role as Lotz said to Cross Map: “We haven’t gotten the scripts yet, so I don’t know how she’s going to change, but we’ve seen with Thea Queen that the Lazarus Pit can impact memories and the persona, so the person that goes in is not necessarily the same person who comes out. It’s going to be interesting to see how Sara changes.”

Meanwhile, Legends of Tomorrow will also have Hawkgirl and Hawkman in its show. Hawkgirl has the capability to be reborn, but does not retain her memory each time she is resurrected. On the other hand, Carter Hall or Hawkman, retains his memory every time he is reborn. He is described as a wise and charismatic man as well as a natural-born leader with charm and confidence as he is already 5,000 years old. Hawkman is rumored to appear in The Flash and Arrow before he heads off to the spin off show.

Other characters that are expected to appear in the show are The Atom or Ray Palmer (Brandon Routh), Firestorm or Professor Martin Stein (Victor Garber), Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill), Heat Wave or Mick Rory (Dominic Purcell), Captain Cold or Leonard Snart (Wentworth Miller), and as a guest, Flash or Barry Allen (Grant Gustin).

Legends of Tomorrow is set to premiere next year in the 2015-2016 midseason after The Flash season two and Arrow season four.
