Are they or aren’t they?
Amid rumors that Kylie Jenner and rapper Tyga recently parted ways before his 26th birthday, Kylie clarified the issue during her guesting stint in “The Ellen DeGeneres show” by saying that they have not broken up.
However, by clarifying the issue, it only seemed that the reality star only succeeded in making their relationship status more confusing, Elle reported.
“We’re not broken up. We’re just honestlywe became best friends before anything happened… So we’re hanging out,” Kylie said.
However, she refused to comment further when Ellen tried to ask what she meant by “hanging out.”
Rumors surfaced that the couple broke up when Kylie failed to greet her boyfriend on his birthday on social media and did not join him on his actual birthday celebration. Kylie was also spotted partying the following night without Tyga, according to the Mirror.
The report, however, said that the couple attended the American Music Awards together.
Meanwhile, another report from Hollywood Life hinted that not all who are close to Kylie are supportive of their rekindled romance.
According to the same report, Kylie’s family members are not big fans of the reunion and would have opted for Kylie to stick with her decision to dump Tyga.
Citing a source, the report said that members of the Kardashian clan were not quite as forgiving of Tyga after learning that he did something wrong to Kylie and were unafraid to make their feelings on the matter known.
“Mostly everyone in her family doesn’t like him, and [they’re] not supportive of their relationship or how happy he makes Kylie,” the source was quoted saying.
However, the rapper reportedly was not giving up on their relationship even if it means going against the Kardashian clan.
Along with the barrage of opposition, Tyga is reportedly just telling Kylie not to listen to her family in order to preserve their relationship.
