After becoming overcome with emotion and tearing up after his performance at the recent VMAs of Where are U Now? and his new single What do you mean?, pop superstar Justin Bieber is set to come out with his new album in November.

According to the pop star, he could not help but become emotional after his performance at the VMAs after hearing the positive response of the audience. This came after he was booed in his last performance at Fashion Rocks in 2014.
