Fans of “Orange is the New Black” may be delighted to find out that a familiar face is joining the cast of NBC’s supernatural drama, “Grimm” for season five.
TV Line reports that the actress who played drug-addict Tricia in Litchfield Penitentiary, Madeline Brewer is confirmed to appear in the show as a lizard-like Wesen also known as Skalengeck.
She will portray the role of Billie Trump who is described as “a fierce lieutenant in an up-and-coming Wesen street gang who is raising hell in Portland.” Although no further details have been made known, viewers are warned that the group of monsters are capable of doing terrible things in the new season.
The report added that Brewer is the second inmate to be added to the series, following Elizabeth Rodriguez who came to the show last season as Special FBI agent Chavez. The latter will be back to reprise her role in the upcoming episodes.
Meanwhile, it was previously revealed that for the fans who are hoping that Juliette may be revived, executive producer David Greenwalt said that it is unlikely.
This is in line with what David Giuntoli teases about his lead character Nick saying, “He lost his girlfriend, he lost his mom … and the baby is kind of the reason for him to keep going.” He said that there will be “a lot of revenge” happening in the storyline as he finds himself getting his hands-full in co-parenting the child with Adalind.
Claire Coffee as Adalind added the baby is all she’s got in the world, “She’s lost her powers, again, but I think this time the focus will be the baby and finding a job. She’s a lawyer I assume a very capable lawyer. She’ll scour Craigslist for a few episodes.”
There will also be good news to watch for as Hank will reportedly find his true love while a lot of mythology from season one will be brought up again.
