New rumors with regards to a brand new “Grand Theft Auto V” DLC starts popping online as alleged screenshot of the add-on are posted on the game’s forum website.
The photos posted on GTAforums.com were scooped from the portfolio of Adrian Page who is an artist working at Rockstar Games. Page has dabbled on “GTA V” in the past so, to some extent, the snaps can hold on its own. Unfortunately, the designer seemingly took down the pictures as they are no longer available on his site.
The shots consist of what appears to be “GTA IV’s” Middle Park but in “GTA V’s” engine. Given this, fans are quick to speculate that Rockstar may already be working on the rumored Liberty City DLC. The expansion pack is said to be the culmination of all the maps from recent “GTA” iterations in one massive gameplay.
While the idea may be a great one and will arguably capture the interests of gamers, iDgitalTimes cautioned that Liberty City may be too farfetched right now. The media outlet further dissects the photo and came to the conclusion that they seem to be from Xbox 360/PlayStation 3 version of “GTA V.” This technically debunks the theory as shall Rockstar will release brand new content for the aforementioned content, it will be for latest consoles like Xbox One and PS4 as well as Microsoft PC.
In the meantime, “GTA V” players can redirect their attentions to a confirmed Online DLC dropping later this week in “Further Adventures in Finance and Felony.” Rockstar teased the add-on in their official blog site with a description that reads:
“Further Adventures in Finance and Felony continues a player’s mission to become the ultimate criminal kingpin of Los Santos and Blaine County in one of GTA Online’s biggest and deepest updates yet.
A giant leap up the corporate ladder following the VIP experience of Executives and Other Criminals, the Finance and Felony update gives players the opportunity to expand their organization and become CEO of their own Criminal Enterprise.”
Further Adventures in Finance and Felony DLC will arrive on major consoles on June 7.
