Topping something like what “Frozen” did when it was released in 2012 is no easy feat and more often than not, people over at Disney have no one else to beat but themselves who made the project. But since news that Elsa and Anna’s story will have a second serving was confirmed, fans continue to speculate on what kind of adventure the sisters will face next.
Latest reports point to a new villain arriving in the kingdom of Arendelle disrupting the harmonious life that Elsa worked so hard for in their kingdom. Previous reports of Anna having some sort of magical powers have also been going around. If these rumors turn out to be true, a battle between the sisters and the new villain is a huge possibility.
Meanwhile, director Chris Buck shared an interesting take that connects “Frozen” and “Tarzan.” “Of course Anna and Elsa’s parents didn’t die… Yes, there was a shipwreck, but they were at seas a little bit longer that we think they were because the mother was pregnant, and she gave birth on the boat, to a little boy. They get shipwrecked, and somehow they were really washed far away from the Scandinavian waters, and they end up in the jungle. They end up building a tree house and a leopard kills them, so their baby boy is raised by gorillas.”
However, Buck was quick to clarify that this was his personal take on the story and is in no way part of the canon.
