In a little less than two months, season 2 of “Fear the Walking Dead” will finally premiere in the small screen, with the show creators teasing and hyping up the fans on what is to come.
The clip showed snippets of the characters, including Madison (Kim Dickens), Travis (Cliff Curtis), Daniel (Ruben Blades), and the rest of the survivors on board Victor Strand’s (Colman Domingo) yacht named Abigail. The video teased that there will be “No Safe Harbor” as it showed quick snapshots of dangers looming ahead.
Back in October, showrunner Dave Erickson already warned fans that there will be disagreements on board as each survivor tries to protect their welfare, noted Entertainment Weekly. The upcoming season of “Fear the Walking Dead” will see some elements similar to its sister show, “The Walking Dead,” where people are also threats.
He said, “And much in the same way that we have taken steps to survive and compromised our morals to do so, we’re going to have to deal with some people who have very similar objectives, and the default setting for most of these people is not going to be, let’s all live in harmony and try to build a new community.”
Earlier this month, the show released its first teaser, where it generally highlighted the survivors on board as well as glimpses of the zombies. It also highlighted Travis, as he takes on the attackers. Towards the end of the clip, the teaser showed a shadow of an airplane, which may most likely narrate the story of how a survivor from Flight 462 will join the “Fear the Walking Dead” survivors, as previously revealed.
“Fear the Walking Dead” season 2 will premiere on April 10 on AMC.
