Spoilers have it that viewers may see in TLC’s new series “Jill & Jessa: Counting On” seasone 1, one of the Duggar children who was deemed to be not previously featured in the spotlight.
After officially signing on for a full first season following the three-part special that aired last December, the network has reportedly changed the format of the new Duggar show as it highlights some of the unmarried childred. It seems like fans will get to know more of Jinger and her budding business in flipping automobiles.
Reports claim that the slightly less traditional Duggar member is deemed to have a distinct style that stands out among the other girls in the family who usually don denim skirts. She also seems to spend more time with male relatives and apparently takes on the aforementioned venture that is said to be usually passed down to boys of the family.
A sneak peek also seemingly suggests that Jinger is preparing to make her first purchase as she visits an auto auction site. In making her final decision on what to buy, her brothers will help her. They also shared that they believe she will do well in the business as she is always willing to learn.
Meanwhile, there are rumors that some advertisers are not happy that their ads are being shown during the airing of the series.
According to InTouch Weekly, seven brands have allegedly expressed their opinion on the running of their spots on the show’s commercial break. These include Cici’s Pizza, The UPS Store, Verizon Wireless, Pure Michigan, Whitewave Foods, Choice Hotels, and Mattress Firm.
The report noted media expert and chief executive officer of Strategic Visions, David Johnson stating that, “The Duggars are radioactive right now. People will see that this new show is just a desperate ploy by the Duggars to reclaim the spotlight and hopefully make some dollars off the public.” TLC have yet to comment on the issue.
New episodes of “Jill & Jessa: Counting On,” air every Tuesday at 9 P.M.
