The CW’s Legends of Tomorrow has found its Hawkman and finally cast Falk Hentschel.
Hentschel will play Carter Hall, also known as Hawkman, according to a BitBag report.
The character is expected to be a major part of the show as he will serve to connect Legends of Tomorrow to other DC franchises produced by the network like Arrow and The Flash.
Based on a report by The Hollywood Reporter, Hawkman will be making guest appearances on the two shows before he becomes a permanent part of Legends of Tomorrow.
In an interview, showrunner Phil Klemmer said that Legends’ incarnation of Hawkman will already be 5,000 years old, after being reincarnated multiple. The main difference between his character and his counterpart Hawkgirl will be his ability to retain the memories he had of his previous lives while the latter could not.
