Rumors suggest that another young dancer may be leaving Lifetime’s hit reality competition show “Dance Moms” for season 7 following the exit of sisters Maddie and Mackenzie Ziegler.
According to Christian Today, 13-year-old JoJo Siwa and her mother Jessalyn were not in attendance during the recent Sheer Talent competition held in Spokane, Washington last week. This apparently led to speculation that she may follow the Zieglers’ footsteps and not reprise her role in the series.
What may have added to this assumption is Kendall’s mother Jill Vertes’ post on Instagram. She shared a picture showing only four makeup stands remaining and she curiously captioned it with, “…and then there were 4!” Meanwhile, Kalani Hillier’s mom Kira Grand posted a group photo of those who participated in the event.
Moreover, another image shared by user dancemomsofficialspoilers seemingly put more fuel in the already burning rumor mill. The caption reads, “There are only four headshots on the pyramid this week! With Jess & JoJo walking out of last weeks pyramid & not competing at the weekend, what could this mean for the Siwa’s?”
Since neither the network nor any of the talents have commented about the issue, available information should be taken with a grain of salt.
On a related note, previous reports regarding former reality star Chloe Lukasiak’s return to the dancing show have been debunked. The dancer announced that she was working on her next big project, which some fans reportedly took as a hint for her potential return to the small screen. However, Lukasiak set the record straight when she revealed that she will headline a dance series on YouTube, which gives free dancing lessons.
“So excited to share my new Dance Class today only on OWNZONES.com/chloe. Today’s class is on turns.” She is also part of the cast for the upcoming film “Cowgirl’s Story.”
Lifetime has yet to officially confirm season 7 of “Dance Moms.”
