'Dance Moms' season 7 cast news: Chloe Lukasiak will not return; Abby Lee Miller meltdown during auditions?

Rumors of what could have been a homecoming for former members still haunt “Dance Moms” even after mainstay Jojo Siwa shared that they have doing fine so far for season 7. One of the most prominent names rumored to be returning even just for a short appearance is Chloe Lukasiak who left the show after season 4.

Unfortunately, the 15-year-old dancer has recently gone on record saying that no, she will not be returning for the upcoming installment of the reality show. During a short chat with Maximo TV, while attending Rosie G’s 2nd annual “GR4CF” fundraiser and fashion show held at CBS Radford Studios in Studio City, California, Chloe vehemently denied the rumors. The actress was noticeably awkward when pressed on the matter but was still able to answer the query with a short and clipped statement. On top of her revelation in regard to the rampant speculations, she also explained that she left the show in season 4 for a reason and has no plans to return. As of now, she is concentrating on dancing independently without any ties to the Abby Lee Dance Company.

Meanwhile, casting for new members is still ongoing with the Lifetime show holding nationwide auditions for young dancers who want to be part of the show. The search will only last until this month but before it quietly wraps up, OK Magazine reported that mentor Abby Lee recently had a meltdown in one of the sessions. What is interesting is that when trying to view the full story, the link redirects to Radar Online and not the article. This has both happened when accessing via search engine or through the shared post on OK’s official Facebook account.

Needless to say, fans of the show may be able to forget the current mysteries revolving around the future of the series with the second half of season 6 scheduled to premiere on Sept 6. No official premiere date for season 7 has been announced.
