In the latest episode for season 11 of CBS’s crime procedural series, “Criminal Minds,” viewers will see the Behavioral Analyst Unit dealing with a possible culprit who has an unusual way of dealing with the victims.
According to CarterMatt, the touted winter finale titled “Future Perfect” has synopsis which simply reads, “The BAU searches for an UnSub who may be fascinated with medical experimentation.” Although the plot is wrapped in a seeming mystery, the report shared that fans are hoping it will still be a memorable installment with exciting twists and turns as it will be the last one to air before the year ends.
The promotional clip showed what could be an intense episode as two people are tied up on hospital beds with gags on their mouths, as they seemed like they are going to be cut open. Words that read “everybody needs some bodies” flashed by.
Meanwhile, when the show returns for the midseason premiere, former star of “Parks and Recreation” Aubrey Plaza will make an appearance as Cat Adams.
TV Line shared that her character will have a different take from her usual comedic one. She will go on a date with Reid, played by Matthew Gubler and their supposedly romantic meetup will unexpectedly turn to a game of wits when she suddenly pulls a gun on him. She will then task him to think on his feet to save himself and the other diners in the restaurant who become unsuspecting victims. It will be interesting to find out what the character’s motive is as she will also reveal that she knows Reid is an FBI agent.
Episode 10 of season 11 airs on Dec. 9 at 9 P.M., while episode 11 is set to be released on Jan. 13, 2016 when the show returns after a short hiatus during the holidays.
