Long before its official release on November 6, excited players can get their hands on the upcoming Call of Duty: Black Ops III, with its beta period set to kick off next month.
For players of the PlayStation 4 console, beta testing period will begin on Wednesday, August 19, and will end on Sunday, August 23.
For players on the Xbox One console and the PC version, beta period will start on Wednesday, August 26, and will end on Sunday, August 30.
Talking via the official Activision blog, Communications Manager Scott Lowe said: “During the beta, fans will have an opportunity to try the new momentum-based, chained movement system, find the perfect Specialist to fit their play style, get a feel for the new multiplayer maps, and more.”
To score a spot at the beta, one must pre-order the game at their participating retailers. Players who will pre-order the game digitally via the PlayStation Store, the Xbox Live Store, and Steam will also be getting a spot at the beta period.
The official CoD: BO IIIsite recently revealed the new Call of Duty: Black Ops III Juggernog Edtion:
