The debut of Black Panther In “Captain America: Civil War” is one of the many highlights of the film. It also paved the way for his own upcoming film in 2018.
While “Black Panther” has yet to come out, fans can read more about the catlike superhero in his new comic series which Marvel has just rebooted. Aside from that, Marvel is also collaborating with hip hop group Run the Jewels for a new series of videos.
The first video in the series is titled “Black Panther: A Nation Under Our Feet.” Rolling Stone mentioned that the video is an animated version of the rebooted comic. Moreover, it summarizes what the new comic is about and features the intention of the characters and the struggles of T’Challa in protecting his nation, Wakanda.
In addition, the video is narrated by the writer of the new Black Panther comics, Ta-Nehisi Coates. He is a National Book awardee for his work on “Between the World and Me” under the category of nonfiction. His work is also popular in different media publications such as “New York Times Magazine,” “The Washington Post,” and “The Atlantic.”
Reports also said that Marvel’s objective is to reach out to the audience who witnessed Black Panther in the big screen for the first time. The new clip and the videos that will be launched in the coming months will also help the new fans be more familiar with the superhero.
