Black Friday deals continue to flood as the Thanksgiving weekend approaches. One of the items that buyers can get a good discount on is a laptop, where price cut can go as high as 50%.
PC Mag identified Staples as the best offer for the Toshiba 15.6-inch laptop, which houses an i3 processor, 8GB RAM, 500GB hard drive, at 50% discount. It even comes with the latest operating system, Windows 10, out of the box. Meanwhile, another relatively good deal is the Dell Inspiron 14-inch laptop, which comes with 3000 Intel Celeron processor, 2GB RAM, 32GB eMMC, and Windows 10, offered at $149.99.
On the other hand, Costco offers around $100 discount for several laptops. The 15.6-inch Acer model that comes with 4GB RAM and 32GB storage, is sold at $299.99, while the 15.6-inch Asus TP500 variant, which carries Core i3 processor, 8GB RAM, and 500GB hard drive, costs $349.99.
Meanwhile, although already discounted at retailers such as Costco and Best Buy, Hewlett Packard is not letting its offer be left behind through its own price cuts that were announced on its online store. The cheapest offer it has goes to the 15.6-inch 15z model that runs on an AMD E1 processor and 4GB of RAM at $299. It also offers laptops with higher specifications at $419.99 to $599.99 range. For instance, the Pavilion 15t model, which comes with Core i5 Skylake CPU, 6GB RAM, and 1TB hard drive is available for $419.99, while the Envy x360, which houses Core i5 processor and 8GB RAM, is offered at $549.99. For those who prefer to have higher specification, the Envy 15t Touch laptop, which keeps under its hood a Core i7 chipset, 8GB RAM, and 1TB hard drive, is discounted at around 35% at $599.99. However, the said model will only ship at Windows 8.1 instead of the latest Window 10.
It can be expected that more deals be offered from the different retailers and industry players as Black Friday approaches.
