'Attack on Titan: Escape from Certain Death' release date news, teasers: Game slated for a 2017 debut


Gaming guru and creator Koei Tecmo has just announced that the upcoming “Attack on Titan” game series is still in the wraps for 2017. The media title will be “Attack on Titan: Escape From Certain Death.” Rumors circling the gaming kingdom indicate that the upcoming title will be available on the Nintendo 3DS in Japan on March 30, 2017. Fans in the United States and Europe, however, will have to wait longer for the announcement of the game’s release in their areas.

The video game package will include a visual book, a soundtrack, the copy of the game, large tin badges (six pieces), posters (two pieces, waterproof quality) and a Mikasa and Levi 3DS theme with voices code download. “Attack on Titan: Escape From Certain Death” will evolve into an adrenaline-pumping game, with a central character that gets trapped while he is doing an investigation outside humanity’s protective walls.

Spoilers on “Attack on Titan: Escape From Certain Death” promises that the game is something to be excited about. The game will feature the original story in a castle setting. The protagonist will be a new character in the game. The player has the option to select the gender of the protagonist, with Mikasa and Levi as the choices for the gamer’s partner.

Initially, the teaser was announced for the Nintendo 3DS with the title “Attack on Titan: Shichi Kara no Dasshutsu.” The Treasure Box edition is expected to come with a price tag of 12,800 Japanese Yen ($116), while the standard title will cost around 5,800 Japanese Yen ($53).
