In a recent interview with ComicBook.com, David Ramseywho plays the character of John Diggle on “Arrow”talked about his character’s future, Diggle’s relationship with Lyla, and their involvement in A.R.G.U.S. The actor likewise teased the role that A.R.G.U.S. and Lyla will be playing in beating the current season’s major villain, Damien Darhk.
“You do know that there is an upcoming episode of ‘The Flash,’ where Diggle and Lyla go after an escaped Suicide Squad member in King Shark,” Ramsey shared. “They go as A.R.G.U.S. So this is an A.R.G.U.S. mission, it’s been touted as an A.R.G.U.S. mission, and they’re both going with the whole arsenal of A.R.G.U.S. behind them.”
He then teased that this will bring up the ultimate place of Lyla in A.R.G.U.S., and he revealed that the agency’s relationship with Team Arrow will be a major factor in how they will defeat Damien Darhk.
“But Lyla is a big, big part of that,” Ramsey continued. “Her involvement with A.R.G.U.S., as I hinted before, becomes very intimate, and by virtue of him being her husband, Diggle becomes part of it as well.”
