'American Horror Story' season 6 premiere spoilers: Evan Peters looks forward to working with Lady Gaga again

Regardless of what the premise for the next installment of “American Horror Story” would be, cast member Evan Peters is fine just as long as he gets to work with Lady Gaga again.

“She’s full on. She’s the real deal,” Evans told Gold Derby in a recent chat referring to Mother Monster.

The two first worked together in the most recent chapter of the horror anthology “American Horror Story: Hotel” which started airing last year. The two played a married couple who had an ugly history with each other.

Peters, who has been a mainstay of the series since its first season, is a contrast to Gaga who was only dipping her toes into the world of acting for the first time. Nevertheless, the actor has nothing but high praise for her co-actor and even found her a breath of fresh air on set.

“What was so amazing and refreshing about working with her is that acting is very new for her, but at the same time she’s ready for it and trained for it. And she really just brings something different each take and … it can be scary because you don’t know what you’re going to get [from her],” the 29-year-old actor gushed.

Gaga has been open about being nervous on her first acting gig, sharing that she was nervous that she would not be able to give the Countess justice. But hard work paid off for the pop icon as she walked away with a Golden Globe for the Best Actress in a Mini-Series or TV Film for her portrayal of the glamorous serial killer.

“I tell people that she’s on a higher plane creatively because she is. I mean from the wardrobe to the singing to the covers … I mean everything that she does is amazing, and now she’s completely integrated to this acting world and has dived in full force,” Peters added.

Fortunately, Peters and Gaga will be reunited in the highly secretive sixth season of “American Horror Story” with both of the actors confirmed being involved in the project. However, since an official premise is yet to be announced, fans would have to stay tuned whether their brand new characters will be as intertwined as James and Elizabeth.

“American Horror Story” season 6 is expected to return to FX sometime this October.
